UPDATES:

• District Planning retreat moved from 3 Jan to a later date in Feb; TENTATIVE dates include 14, 21, or 28 Feb - decision coming soon!

• Scout Sabbath 2009 Celebration added; 6 13 Feb 2009 (date change) at Temple Beth Israel , 7:30 pm.

• The District Pinewood Derby date has been moved. It was scheduled during spring break so we have moved the date back one week to Saturday, April 25^th. Time and place are still to be determined.

• Commissioner College has been moved to the spring--May 9.

• The Life to Eagle workshop previously shown for 2009 is incorrect; no date is on the schedule as of 13 November 2008

• The dates of the Spring Camporee and Day Camp are confirmed as originally published in the calendar (May 1-3 and June 22-26, respectively).

• The Kia Kima District Award dinner location and date has changed. It will be held on Friday night, January 30^th at 7:00 pm at Highland Presbyterian Church, 111 Highland Avenue. Cari Adkins, Chair of Activities and Civic Service will have more specific information on award nomination forms and deadlines soon, possibly at the December Roundtable.

• The January 2009 Roundtable may be CANCELLED. **UPDATE** will be on 8 January; location to be announced  Westminster Presbyterian Church -  This was discussed and decided on at the November District Committee Meeting.
